Possibly Staff Workflow

The Possibly Staff Workflow helps monitoring officers determine whether a detected person or vehicle belongs to authorised staff, contractors, or known site users.

You will enter the Possibly Staff Workflow when:

• Quill detects a person or vehicle that may be legitimate

• You select Yes to “Is there a person or a vehicle?” and choose Possibly Staff

• An officer manually categorises the event as Possibly Staff

Relevant key holders and site contacts appear directly below the disposition options.

This gives you quick access to:

• Names

• Phone numbers

• SMS details

You can also access the full contact list via the left-hand toolbar.

When you click a key holder’s name, you can:

• View their contact details

• Record whether they confirmed staff presence

• Add notes about the conversation or outcome

This ensures clean documentation for the entire investigation.

If the person is not staff or suspicion increases, selecting Confirmed Intruder immediately transitions you into the Intruder Workflow without restarting the process.

The Possibly Staff Workflow streamlines communication and ensures that staff-related alerts are verified quickly, reducing unnecessary escalations while maintaining full documentation.
