How to login to the Watchful Customer App

This feature is designed for Key Holders of sites monitored by Watchful.

Before you begin

You’ll need a registered user account for the Watchful Customer Portal.

If you haven’t received a welcome email asking you to create a password, use the Forgot Password option on the login page to set one up.

Log in to the Customer App

Open an internet browser window on your iPhone or Android phone.
Go to https://app.watchful.cloud
Select LOGIN. You’ll enter your company’s white-labelled version of the Watchful Customer Portal.
